The rain was
falling on and off. It was strong. It was best to stay home. I though she’s going to cancel it. She called
and asked, “Are we still going?” I was hesitant. I thought it would to too
boring to stay home. I said “yes”. The call ended. She sent a text message,
“rain or shine we’re going”.
“OK”
It was raining
hard so we met in the mall. We were supposed t o go to the park. She talked a
lot, like the usual. I enjoyed and was entertained with her stories. We laughed.
We walked around the mall and checked good stuffs around. It has been a
while since we did this. We got into a
record store and checked some records on sale. She bought a live album of Swing
Out Sisters. I just realized she’s got a good taste in music. We also talked
about Belle and Sebastian. Jenny is being a hipster now. Great! 
We had our
dinner on an ice cream shop. The food was great. “Happy,” she exclaimed. She
says happy when she eats great food. That was her new expression for yummy
food.
After all the
walk, eats, and laughs, we ended in my apartment. We watched a movie on my bed.
It was a great day.
